- Serve as Hearst-Argyle manager at headquarters of Internet Broadcasting.
- Develop content to be shared with group's 29 Web sites.
- Communicate corporate initiatives to station employees.
- Developed and executed national content initiatives around presidential debates.
- Consulted station General Managers and News Directors on improving station digital efforts.
- Interviewed and advised on hiring for each station's Web staff.
- Managed station's first Web department.
- Hired and trained team of five journalists.
